**此服務只供一人使用** ** Max 1 person for each booking** 費用包括 Fee Included : -旗袍/唐裝租借(即日歸還) Qipao/Tang Suit Rental(Same Day Return) (1 pax) -化妝造型乙位 Hair Styling And Make Up (1 pax) -10選3張復古旗袍造型照(JEPG) 3 pcs (out of 10pcs) retro cheongsam photos (JPEG) -3選1張進行簡單精修及A4呎吋打印相片連相架 One of the three photos with a simple retouching and an A4-sized printed photo with frame. 旗袍/唐裝可於當日下午6:30前歸還 Qipao/Cheongsam could be returned by 6:30pm of the day *攝影需時約半小時,服務完成後約1小時即可取相* *The photo service takes about 30 mins and products can be collected approximately 1 hour after the service is completed.* *不包含鞋履 Shoes and heels excluded* 由於每個旗袍化妝造型服務需時約一小時至一小時三十分鐘，建議客人於開始前與本店之化妝師先行就造型上完成溝通。如於化妝程序完成後出現任何爭議，本店概不受理。 Each make up service requires a time consuming of 1hr to 1hr 30mins. Arguments were not accepted once the service progress was completed. Please make a clear statement on the details with our makeup artist before it starts. 如客人於化妝品及用具上本身有已知特殊需要或情況（如過敏反應）。本店歡迎客人自備相應用具及化妝品並於化妝開始前與本店化妝師作出溝通及知會。如因溝通不足或隱瞞情況而導致客人出現任何健康問題，本店概不負責。 For your personal health issues, customers are welcome to bring their own make up equipment for our makeup artist. We do not hold the responsibility If there’s any health issues caused by the service due to a leak of communication or notification to our makeup artist from customers. 本服務於店內進行。 This service was provided by our staff in-store. 相片尺寸每張約3MB至5MB。 The size for each digital photo would be 3MB to 5MB。相片只進行復古風格之顏色調整以及簡單修圖處理。 The photos only underwent retro-style color adjustments and simple retouching. 客戶如欲選擇更多（經調色之JPG照片）, 每張收費港幣20元。 If extra JPG(non-retouched) photos were needed, HKD 20 per photo would be charged. 客戶如需相片原圖（未經調色及任何處理之RAW版本照片）, 每張收費港幣30元。 If RAW photos were needed, HKD 30 per photo would be charged. 相片連結有效期為交付起計14日，到期後連結將自動失效而不會作任何通知。客戶如於連結失效後欲取回該相片檔案，須額外繳付$300行政費。新連結將於繳付後自動生效14日，如此類推 Photo delivery links are only available for 14 days and would be automatically disabled without notification when the time is up. An extra service charge of HKD 300 would be charged in order to re-activate the link if needed. 本店及其攝影師與客戶自動共享該檔相片之版權，客戶如不欲攝影師或本店於社交媒體發佈該檔之相片，請於服務開始前告知本店或其攝影師。 Lung Sheung and our photographers share the copy rights of the photos with the customers. If customers do not wish to share the rights, please inform us before the service starts. 本店可供客戶暫時存放隨身物品，請避免存放貴重物品，如有遺失或破損本店概不負責 We provides temporary storage for personal belongings. Please avoid storing valuables there as we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

取消政策 Cancellation Policy

挑選及確認租借的旗袍後，我們將會收取每條租金及現金按金HKD$500。 HKD$500 Cash deposit would be collected upon rental, and will be refunded within ten working days after the cheongsam is returned. 如需租用旗袍/唐裝多於一天，會額外加收HKD$120/天的費用。 If you need to rent a cheongsam or tang suit for more than one day, an additional fee of HKD$120/day will be charged. *確認後不得更改預約日子,除非於預約前3小時遇上黃/紅/黑色暴雨或 3號颱風或以上則可免費更改預約日子一次。若非因以上情況而需更改,本店將會從訂金中扣除$300行政費。訂金為不可退回以及更改日子不得相距超過三個月。 *Changes of date are NOT allowed after a confirmation of service with a non-refundable deposit. Except the following conditions that could waive a HKD 300 service charge including: Amber / Red / Black rainstorm warning signal or tropical cyclone warning signal no.3 or above has been issued 3 hours before the booking time. The new date must not exceed 3 months time. 預約須知 1. 如果您無法在預約時間到達，且沒有提前取消預約，我們保留將您的預約標記為失約，且保留列入黑名單的權利,。 2. 旗袍如遭人為損壞，將會在按金中扣除相等行政費。 3. 若逾期歸還旗袍，將被視作延長租借期，不足一日亦會當作一日計算，並從按金中扣除。如客人及後欲延長租借期，請先與本店聯絡，否則將視作逾期歸還。 4. 如客人預約本店服務時段以用作其他用途而未有先前與本店查詢或通知（如第三方化妝或其他專業拍攝等非由本店提供之服務）。本店有權取消預約或因應客人所用時間收取相應室內場景租借費，每小時之場地租借費為港幣300元。 5. 瓏裳保留一切最終決定權。 Note on Reservation 1. If you cannot honor your reservation, and you do not cancel your reservation ahead of time, we reserve the right to mark your reservation as a no-show, or even blacklist. 2. If there is any damage is or stain is found upon return, a fee of HKD$500 would be deducted from deposit for deep clean and repair. 3. Return after the intended return date would be treated as a rental period extension. Difference on rental price would be deducted from the deposit. 4. If there's an extra usage on our shop facilities during the appointment period of our service without informing us on hand before (e.g. Third party make-up usage or third party professional shooing/ filming). We remain the right to cancel the booking or charging an extra fee of shop-site rental cost ( HKD 300 per hour).
