服務內容 Service Description

費用只包括 Fee only Included : 化妝造型服務乙位 Hair Styling And Make Up (1 pax) 每位女性客人化妝需時 1 - 1.5 小時 1 - 1.5 hour of make-up time per female customer 如客戶自備長衫或其他衣服,需以正價($650)使用本店復古化妝造型服務 If customers are bringing their own cheongsam or other clothes, regular price (HKD 650) would be charged for our make-up service. 本店之化妝服務由本店指定化妝師提供。 All makeup services are only provided by our appointed staff. 由於每個旗袍化妝造型服務需時約一小時至一小時三十分鐘，建議客人於開始前與本店之化妝師先行就造型上完成溝通。如於化妝程序完成後出現任何爭議，本店概不受理。 Each make up service requires a time consuming of 1hr to 1hr 30mins. Arguments were not accepted once the service progress was completed. Please make a clear statement on the details with our makeup artist before it starts. 如客人於化妝品及用具上本身有已知特殊需要或情況（如過敏反應）。本店歡迎客人自備相應用具及化妝品並於化妝開始前與本店化妝師作出溝通及知會。如因溝通不足或隱瞞情況而導致客人出現任何健康問題，本店概不負責。 For your personal health issues, customers are welcome to bring their own make up equipment for our makeup artist. We do not hold the responsibility If there’s any health issues caused by the service due to a leak of communication or notification to our makeup artist from customers. 如於服務進行途中客戶因個人理由須暫停或終止服務而產生任何爭議，本店概不受理，所繳付之費用亦不會作出任何退還。 If customers cancel or paused the service during the progress, re-funds and re-arrangement would NOT be conducted. 如客人因遲到以致本店未能依時完成所預約之服務，本店並不會補回損失之時間或內容，不便之處，敬請原諒。 If there’s any late coming issue, extension of service time would NOT be provided. 附加選項 Optional Items : 髮飾 Hair Accessories $5/pcs 首飾Jewelry $5/pcs 藤袋Rattan bag $15/pcs 手袋 Handbag $15/pcs *** 溫馨提示 Warm reminders**** 女性客戶建議穿著淺色內衣褲或隱形胸罩，以及自備高跟鞋或平底鞋 Female clients are advised to wear light-colored underwear or a strapless bra, and to bring their own high heels or flat shoes. 男性客戶建議穿著深色長褲，以及自備暗色系皮鞋或白色波鞋 Male clients are advised to wear dark trousers and bring their own dark-colored leather shoes or white sneakers. 本店可供客戶暫時存放隨身物品，請避免存放貴重物品，如有遺失或破損本店概不負責 We provides temporary storage for personal belongings. Please avoid storing valuables there as we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

取消政策 Cancellation Policy

1. 挑選及確認租借的旗袍後，我們將會收取每條租金及現金按金HKD$500。 2. 如需租用旗袍/唐裝多於一天，會額外加收HKD$100/天的費用。 3. 確認後不得更改預約日子,除非於預約前3小時遇上黃/紅/黑色暴雨警告信號或 3號颱風訊號或以上則可免費更改預約日子一次。若非因以上情況而需更改,本店將會從訂金中扣除$300行政費。訂金為不可退回以及更改日子不得相距超過三個月。 4. 如客人於化妝品及用具上本身有已知特殊需要或情況（如過敏反應）歡迎客人自備相應用具及化妝品 5. 客人於本店開始化妝前請先與化妝師就造型上完成溝通,以免之後出現任何爭議。預約須知 1. 如果您無法在預約時間到達，且沒有提前取消預約，我們保留將您的預約標記為失約，且保留列入黑名單的權利。 2. 旗袍如遭人為損壞，將會在按金中扣除相等行政費。 3. 若逾期歸還旗袍，將被視作延長租借期，不足一日亦會當作一日計算，並從按金中扣除。如客人及後欲延長租借期，請先與本店聯絡，否則將視作逾期歸還。 4. 如客人預約本店服務時段以用作其他用途而未有先前與本店查詢或通知（如第三方化妝或其他專業拍攝等非由本店提供之服務）。本店有權取消預約或因應客人所用時間收取相應室內場景租借費，每小時之場地租借費為港幣500元。 5. 瓏裳保留一切最終決定權。 1.HKD$500 Cash deposit would be collected upon rental, and will be refunded within ten working days after the cheongsam is returned. 2. If you need to rent a cheongsam or tang suit for more than one day, an additional fee of HKD$100/day will be charged. 3. Changes of date are NOT allowed after a confirmation of service with a non-refundable deposit. Except the following conditions that could waive a HKD 300 service charge including: Amber / Red / Black rainstorm warning signal or tropical cyclone warning signal no.3 or above has been issued 3 hours before the booking time. The new date must not exceed 3 months time. 4. Please bring along your own make up equipment if you have allergy. 5. Please make clear statement on the make up with our artist before it starts. Note on Reservation 1. If you cannot honor your reservation, and you do not cancel your reservation ahead of time, we reserve the right to mark your reservation as a no-show, or even blacklist. 2. If there is any damage is or stain is found upon return, a fee of HKD$500 would be deducted from deposit for deep clean and repair. 3. Return after the intended return date would be treated as a rental period extension. Difference on rental price would be deducted from the deposit. 4. If there's an extra usage on our shop facilities during the appointment period of our service without informing us on hand before (e.g. Third party make-up usage or third party professional shooing/ filming). We remain the right to cancel the booking or charging an extra fee of shop-site rental cost ( HKD 500 per hour). 5. Lung Sheung Qipao reserves all rights.
